Beware of Office Politics

I've been working with a public organization for many years - one of the common organizational vicious cultures is that of the so-called "office politics". You may sincerely would like to perform well in your job - but there is always someone, somebody or a group that would like to see you down. Beware....

You must win the war of office politics..If you're one of those lucky people who works in an office populated with gossip and politics,TOMPIPIRIS give you special advice..don't ignore office politics. The process of getting ahead or getting your way by means other than hard work and competence at your job may be morally objectionable or a waste of time to some, but that’s no excuse to let yourself get buried out of ignorance. As it says in the Good Book, “Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.”

No problem beitu...taraf pendidikan bukanla penanda aras yg membezakan status kita - setiap individu harus diberikan credit / pengiktirafan seadanya & sewajarnya - masyarakat kita di Tandek tidak akan "bersatu" jika budaya mengelompokkan masyarakat kepada kategori tertentu berdasarkan taraf pendidikan, kedudukan kewangan dsb. dijadikan amalan...kita semua sama..itu yg penting..hidup Kimaragang....

Even in our own family also got politic. One cannot get rid from it. Just assimilate ourselves with our surroundings and live with that adaptation.
